Plans & Pricing
Spark is offered as a subscription that begins with an introductory / trial period and then automatically renews as a recurring membership (typically monthly). The exact length of your introductory period, your renewal date, and the price you’ll be charged are the ones shown at checkout and confirmed in your welcome or receipt email — and you can always see your current plan and next billing date on your Dashboard. Those are the authoritative terms for your subscription; any figures on this page are general examples.

Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will be charged through your original payment method. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Most members create their account automatically at checkout and haven’t set a password yet — so if you don’t have one, start by creating a password, then log in to cancel.
Don’t have a password yet? Create your password here — enter the email you used at checkout and we’ll email you a secure link to set one.
- Create your password. Go to Create your password, enter the email you used at checkout, and we’ll send you a link to set a password.
- Open the email and set your password. Click the link in that email and choose a password for your account.
- Log in. Sign in at the Spark login page with your email and new password.
- Cancel your subscription. Open your Spark Dashboard, find the Membership card, click “Cancel Subscription”, and confirm.
Already set a password? You can skip straight to logging in and cancelling from your dashboard. After cancelling, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

After Cancellation
- Your results report remains available to download
- Your account and quiz results are preserved
- Access to premium features ends when the billing period expires
- You can resubscribe at any time
Refunds (14 days)
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your Transaction date. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund, including purchases made through Paddle as merchant of record. Statutory consumer rights always apply where they give you stronger protection.
When your introductory / trial period ends, your subscription automatically renews at the then-current rate. To stop future charges, cancel before renewal (see “How to Cancel” above). Cancellation and refunds are separate: cancel anytime to prevent future billing; use the 14-day refund window if you want your recent Transaction refunded.
