Spark is offered as a subscription that begins with a trial period and then automatically renews as a recurring membership (typically monthly). The exact length of your trial, your renewal date, and the price you’ll be charged are the ones shown at checkout and confirmed in your welcome email — and you can always see your current plan and next billing date on your Dashboard. Those are the authoritative terms for your subscription; any figures on this page are general examples.

Auto-Renewal
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will be charged through your original payment method. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Most members create their account automatically at checkout and haven’t set a password yet — so if you don’t have one, start by creating a password, then log in to cancel.

- Create your password. Go to Create your password, enter the email you used at checkout, and we’ll send you a link to set a password.
- Open the email and set your password. Click the link in that email and choose a password for your account.
- Log in. Sign in at the Spark login page with your email and new password.
- Cancel your subscription. Open your Spark Dashboard, find the Membership card, click “Cancel Subscription”, and confirm.
Already set a password? You can skip straight to logging in and cancelling from your dashboard. After cancelling, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

After Cancellation

Money-Back Guarantee (Trial Period)
Our money-back guarantee covers your trial period only. If you’re not satisfied, contact us before your trial ends — while you’re still in your trial period — and we’ll refund what you paid in full. Your exact trial length and end date are the ones shown at checkout and in your welcome email.
When your trial ends, your subscription automatically renews and you are charged for your next billing period at the then-current rate. Once that renewal charge is taken, it is non-refundable — and so is every charge after it. The guarantee applies to your initial trial payment only; it does not cover renewals. To avoid being charged, cancel before your trial ends (see “How to Cancel” above) — you can cancel at any time and keep access until your current period expires.
Because the service is digital (your report is generated and delivered immediately), we do not provide refunds outside your trial window. If a technical issue prevents you from accessing your report, contact us during your trial period and we’ll make it right with a full refund.
