Spark offers three subscription plans:

• 4-Week Plan: Billed every 4 weeks
• 12-Week Plan (Most Popular): Billed every 12 weeks
• Annual Plan: Billed once per year

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will be charged through your original payment method. You can cancel at any time before the renewal date.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Log in to your Spark Dashboard
2. Click “Cancel Subscription” on the Membership card
3. Confirm the cancellation

After cancelling, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.

After Cancellation

• Your cognitive report remains available to download
• Your account and quiz results are preserved
• Access to premium features ends when the billing period expires
• You can resubscribe at any time

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service (report generated and delivered immediately), refunds are generally not provided. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access to your report, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
